THE JOURNEY BEGINS

Ian O’Brien is a bedtime story time storyteller to his wife and three children. Ian grew up moving many times within the United States of America. After graduating from high school high school, he enlisted in the US Navy. There, he became an Aviation Electrician and worked on aircraft while at sea. After the end of his enlistment, he worked in aerospace and in the evening studied to obtain an undergraduate and a post-graduate degree. His passions in school were entrepreneurship and engineering. His fondness for nature caused him to be the person helping Emerald out of an aircraft hangar. His interest in foreign travel brought him and his family to live overseas. His love for his family started this story that he made up to help them to go to sleep. His devotion to all the things he loves is why Verti is now in a written form.
